Throw an Omward BoundTM Yoga Party! Together, we’ll create an inspired, customized, one-of-a-kind yoga experience for you, your family and friends. Celebrate a birthday, a bridal shower, an anniversary, a promotion, or even just a Sunday afternoon. Topics for exploration can include appreciation, individuality within a union, anti-aging, yoga for men, yoga for women, relaxation, and even yoga to improve your golf or tennis game. Perfect before tea or lunch, or in the evening before dinner. Your guests will remember this party fondly and will talk for a long time afterward about how good it made them feel. Price: $135 – 2 hour party, for up to 9 guests. $15 per person for parties of 10 or more guests. Yoga instruction will last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, with an additional 15-minute guided relaxation at the end of the session. Looking for a motivational, group activity that can reduce stress, energize people and make your employees more productive? Look no further. Together, we’ll create a customized yoga workshop that’s perfect for your employees’ needs. Topics can include Wrist Remedies – yoga for carpal tunnel syndrome, stress reduction, meditation, improving concentration, restorative yoga, eliminating fatigue, etc. Available as a one-time workshop, or as an ongoing, weekly class, yoga is the type of exercise most-requested by employees and has been shown to both increase productivity and to reduce absenteeism due to stress and illness. Workshops and classes can be scheduled to last anywhere from one to two hours long. Both will end with a 10-15 minute guided relaxation. Price: TBD, based on company’s needs Details Location: I can come to your house, boat, fitness center, recreation room or space, or I can provide you with a studio-like setting. If a space must be provided, a small rental fee will be added to the price. That fee will be confirmed prior to finalizing our agreement. Props: I have everything we need for up to 15 people– mats, blankets, props, aromatherapy & music. All you need to provide are guests in comfy clothes and a reason to celebrate. Payment and Cancellation policy 1) A deposit equaling half the total payment is due 3 days prior to Omward BoundTM party date. Balance is due upon completion of party. 2) Cancellation with full refund will be accepted 48 hours prior to Omward BoundTM event. 3) If I must cancel an event due to an emergency, a full refund will, of course, be given. |
