Developing Your Home Practice
Saturday, March 24, 2007

You know that you feel better on the days you come to yoga class. But there are some days there are no classes offered, or you can't make it, or you're traveling for an extended period of time. This workshop will help you develop your home practice. Learn how to craft a practice to fit your mood as well as the amount of time you have. There will be plenty of time for Q & A, as well as a discussion of how to develop the discipline to practice regularly. Prior yoga experience suggested. All levels welcome.
