If you purchase a drop-in or class pass online, please print out a receipt and bring it with you to class.
If your class pass expires before you use up all the classes, you will be able to reactivate it one time for a $20 fee, which will give you another 30 days in which to use them.
A minimum of 2 students is required to hold class.

While the practice of yoga brings flexibility, strength and balance to the whole person, the healing benefits of yoga are limitless and best of all, accessible to all!Yoga Libre offers an exceptionally therapeutic style of yoga, and incorporates elements from training across a wide variety of yoga styles by knowledgeable teachers and healers. Many Yoga Libre students have empowered themselves to reverse the effects of chronic postural imbalances through correct alignment and a balanced yoga practice.
A complete practice suitable for practitioners of all levels. Modifications and options will be suggested so that every student will be able to participate and challenge him/herself. Each week a different anatomical or pose focus will be explored.
Explore yoga’s basic alignment principles, breathing and relaxation techniques. Appropriate for those new to yoga, and those who would appreciate a refresher course. Ability to get up and down from the floor unassisted is necessary. Taught as a 6-week series.
Roll your body out like dough on various small balls, stretching and elongating your muscles, dislodging tensions and discomfort, releasing myofascia, increasing blood flow, and promoting healing. Learn how to increase circulation and create a practice to help counteract the effects of gravitational pull on our bones & muscles. A great complementary practice to yoga, myofascial release may just be the key to longevity & functionality!
Join us Monday evenings for a combination of yin, yang & restorative yoga styles. We will use the longer held yin poses to safely enhance the elasticity of the joints, transition to some gentle movement to burn off excess stress, and segue to supported postures designed to promote the relaxation response. Taught as a 6-week series.
