You do not need to clear your mind, stop your mind from wandering, sit cross-legged on the floor, chant OM, change your lifestyle, take years to learn, or have a mantra, master, or guru.


Science has proven that meditation can make you happier, reduce your stress, and enhance relaxation. Many people want to learn to meditate, yet most don’t know where to begin.


Relaxation Meditation (RM) is the answer: It is a straightforward, practical, non-religious, modern meditation technique. It is easy to learn and practice, takes 15 minutes a day, and the benefits happen right from the start.  


Professional Meditation Teacher Gary Halperin will demystify meditation and gently teach you in 3 sessions everything you need to know to start a RM practice. Once you begin and experience how easy and effortless the practice is, you will be drawn to meditate on a daily basis.  


RM is designed for people new to a practice of meditation as well as those who have taken other meditation trainings, like Transcendental Meditation or Mindfulness Meditation and find that they are not meditating on a daily basis. It is ideal for anyone who wants to learn a method to relax.


Classes are 50 to 60 minutes. Class size is limited to 10 students maximum.

$60 for the 3 classes if you register before September 26.  $75 after that.
