Yoga  can improve your balance, give you greater peace of mind, and help you discover your inner wisdom.

​Don’t get frail, get free from age limitations! Yoga Libre specializes in teaching students how to go far, rather than worrying about how far they can go. 

 

With in-person, live stream and video on-demand personal training & yoga for all levels, Yoga Libre students become empowered to listen to their bodies and safely explore their physical boundaries. ​
