When people tell me they hate getting older, I always say it’s better than the alternative. Yoga helps us get older gracefully. We all know yoga helps flexibility and relieves pain. But science is proving that stretching does much more than that. Just 10-15 minutes a day of stretching can improve emotional health. It has been proven to help you sleep better.
