Legs & Lungs


Lots of uphill hiking is reinforcing how good it feels to use my body. When my legs & lungs work hard, it makes me feel truly alive.


Yoga helps us celebrate life by strengthening both the legs and the lungs, and then providing the means to stretch and calm as well.
